I began by evaluating the company's existing logo, color scheme, website design, and overall messaging. Through surveys and feedback from clients, we identified that the brand lacked modern appeal and cohesion across platforms.

Everyone agreed the brand needed a refresh, which is were I came in. 


 

I redesigned the company's logo to give it a cleaner, more contemporary look that better reflected where our company was trying to be. I also updated the typography and overall visual elements to create a more professional and cohesive appearance.

 

I ensured that all marketing materials, from social media graphics to business cards and brochures, aligned with the new branding. This consistency helped reinforce the company's new image and messaging.

Authenticity and brand integrity are crucial to me, which is why I’ve maintained a consistent color palette, have made our local, independent roots very prominent, and gave the house logo a cheeky contemporary update.

The company website was overhauled to improve user experience and showcase the updated brand identity. The new design focused on intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, and high-quality visuals that highlighted our properties and services more effectively.

I conduct keyword research to identify terms and phrases that potential clients are searching for in the real estate market. I then optimize website content, including property listings, blog posts, and landing pages, by integrating these high-ranking keywords to improve search engine rankings.

Since Rutledge is a highly local, I focus on optimizing the website for local searches by including location-specific keywords.

To drive engagement at Rutledge Properties, I use targeted marketing, content creation, and client relationship management tools. I create value-driven content, including blog posts, market insights, and property highlights, to inform and engage clients. Social media and email campaigns help increase traffic and interactions, while client events keep us top of mind. I track metrics like website traffic, social media growth, and lead generation to measure success. Over the past few years, our social media following has increased by 15%, website visits by 30%, and leads from online channels by 10%. These efforts build relationships and maintain relevance with our audience.
